Full-time artist. Proficient in most media, to include; oils, acrylics, graphite, computer graphics, murals, illustrations, logo designs, and many other scribbles n such. I write some, and do photography as hobbies, and I also sing and play a keyboard. Most times I do belong to a band.
I have had many years experience as an artist, straight out of high school til present. I love the challenges that I put upon myself when I paint a new piece. My work has a changing style because of the continuous learning of the craft. I love drawing from other artists who have mastered certain techniques, because I do believe there are always those who are better than me and I can still learn from them.

I don't know. I'm not sure. But I think I have fallen to the depths of no fuel of creativity. My yearning for waking up to the fresh aroma of oils waiting to be thoughtfully placed on the new canvas, has fizzled. I don't hate what I do. I love it! But somewhere between trying to make the next dollar, and putting new ideas down on canvas, I have lost the urge to want to do anything. Partly I think it's because I have not had many sales, the lack of art shows, nor the prospects of new commissions. I do have work that I am struggling to get out now and it's been gruesome. I know that everyone is buzzin about the election. I thought I would talk about other things to change things up a bit. :)
First off, my external HD may have permanently bit the dust. The sad part is that I had just bought it this past summer and put all my artwork from the past 6 years or more. If anyone has suggestions on how to pull data off of a disc hard drive, let me know. I am going to try to do what I can soon. Currently I am setting up a completely digital storage system with cd backups.
On a lighter note, I just got back from an art show this weekend and made some much needed sales! I have one more scheduled show for this year, t

Hi to all!
Having an iPhone for the only Internet access kinda sux. I can't upload artwork much due to the data limitations. But I have upgraded this month and I am going to try to upload images that have been long awaited for! Mermen! I hope it works.
As for what I am doing these days, it's a bad time to create new art. I have hit a block for new ideas. I want to do something that will artistically turn heads. At the moment I am just printing from my originals so that I have prints to sell at art shows. There are a few shows I can attend before Christmas, then I need to create new art for the spring.

I will for sure keep watching!i think you're a fine artist! it was that your birds in particular caught my eye .. i'm a bit of a nature lover and with the sun finally shining a bit here again today, hearing them singing outside while strolling through your gallery made them, as i said, particularly eye catching! i've not been active much lately but still appreciate your watch ... seems tumblr keeps my addiction for beauty quite lassoed of late ... keep shining!
The bird paintings were inspired by the fact that I live in the middle of 40 acres of woods. I hear them as you do. I personally don't get the same satisfaction of painting a bird as I do a painting a person, but I do like to shift to something different from time to time. I found birds to be fun to paint. I could use a bit more practice to make them look even more realistic. I am so happy that you liked my birds. When I look at what you fave on your page, having a bird sneak in there is pretty cool! I may have to see what tumbler is doing to keep you there... I can only imagine!
